In this running festival, you can choose to take part in either the full marathon, half-marathon, supersonic 10K or the supernova 5K. The flat courses are perfect for beginners or experienced runners wanting to set a personal best.

What level of fitness is required to participate? : The Bournemouth Marathon Festival is an event for runners of all backgrounds and abilities, with people able to take part in different races across the weekend

£6 could help us deliver a week's Telebuddies service, providing a regular phone call to check on five isolated older people living alone.
£50 could train a volunteer befriender for an isolated older person, helping to reduce loneliness and isolation in their own home.
£180 could fund a Music Therapist for a day, working to reduce anxiety in four 1:1 sessions and one group session.
