WHAT IS BEST FOR AGES?

Best For Ages is the fundraising arm of national charity MHA and offers easy and fun opportunities to raise vital funds to connect older people in communities that care. We'll make every penny you raise go further to reduce loneliness and isolation across the UK as well as funding award-winning music therapy in our dementia care homes.

This year our Christmas campaign focuses on the story of Joyce Williams and the power of music therapy for those living with dementia in MHA care homes. For older people who have lost the power of speech music can become a crucial element for self-expression and communication with others. Help gift the magic of music therapy this festive period by supporting our campaign.

Whether you're an experienced fundraiser, want to take part in a charity event for the first time or you're thinking of organising a group event, Best For Ages will be with you every step of the way to help you make whatever you decide to do a success.
