The Dog Jog series is a unique event aimed at all ages and abilities for you and your dog to get fit and have fun in 2018. Each event offers a relaxed and fun atmosphere with no times and no pressure.

£16 could could fund a month's lunch club for one older person
£30 could pay for an individual music therapy session
£50 could train a volunteer befriender
£170 could pay for a full set of musical instruments for music therapy

Every penny of your donation will go further to reduce loneliness and isolation across the UK as well as funding award-winning music therapy in our dementia care homes. £6 could help us deliver a week's Telebuddies service, providing a regular phone call to check on five isolated older people living alone.
£50 could train a volunteer befriender for an isolated older person.
£180 could fund a Music Therapist for a day, working to reduce anxiety in four 1:1 sessions and one group session.
