This unique charity challenge gives you the chance to climb the 530 steps to the top of the iconic Emirates Spinnaker Tower with the MHA team cheering you on as you head towards the summit.Soaring 170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour and the Solent, the Emirates Spinnaker Tower is taller than the London Eye, Blackpool Tower and Big Ben.
When you reach the top of the tower you will be rewarded with spectacular views of city, country and sea which stretch over 23 miles as far as the Isle of Wight.
Take the stairs at your own pace or get competitive with your friends and colleagues in this exciting tower run. You will be timed and there will be a prize for the fastest climber. Money raised by this event will support Fratton Live at Home Scheme, keeping older people in the local community stay connected by providing them with a variety of activities and support.

£6 could help us deliver a week's Telebuddies service, providing a regular phone call to check on five isolated older people living alone.
£50 could train a volunteer befriender for an isolated older person, helping to reduce loneliness and isolation in their own home.
£180 could fund a Music Therapist for a day, working to reduce anxiety in four 1:1 sessions and one group session.
